Peter Fields and Jenna Harris of the law firm Ritholz Levy Fields LLP will address corporate, commercial and intellectual property law issues faced by emerging and established fashion and apparel businesses, including corporate formations and corporate governance, raising money from investors, choosing and protecting a brand name in the U.S. and abroad, creating protectable designs, tips for battling fraud on digital platforms and preventing ad misplacement, hiring employees and independent contractors, and product sales, distribution and licensing transactions.
